Refunds for certain products or services may or may not be authorized depending on the product or service. To know if a product is refundable, you can view the product's sales / opt-in page. If the product is refundable, there will be a money back guarantee section within the page. If there isn't a money back guarantee, unfortunately, that product is not refundable.
To be eligible to receive a refund for a product: (a) submit your refund request to us via email at [email protected] including your receipt; (b) do so within the time window of the product's money back guarantee (for example, if the product has a 30 day money back guarantee, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of the purchase) if you submit your refund request any time exceeding the time window, unfortunately, we cannot authorize a refund; (c) the product must have a money back guarantee on its sales / opt-in page.

As previously mentioned, certain types of products or services cannot be refunded, like coaching sessions, energy healings, etc. Additionally, we do not authorize refunds that do not have proof of purchase. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns regarding your product or service.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
